Who's next? Leave me a comment if you play along so I can read your answers.

Also, we got a phone call this afternoon from school. They asked us to come and pick up Zac as he has spots on his chest which they think are Chickenpox. We mentioned that he's already had it but they said that it's going round his class and that we needed to pick him up and keep him at home until next week.  So I'm going to check him again tomorrow and then possibly take him up to the doctors to see if he really has got it again. And I'm not sure whether we should take Nathaniel to school and school couldn't tell us whether we should or not!! Argh, what's going on!!

Oh, and another thing. I've given a few things away on Freecycle over the last little while and no-one has ever left a 'received - thankyou' message, or sent an email, or text me back to say Thank You.  I find this quite rude. What do you think?? I just gave away a Little Tikes train bed that cost £200 when I bought it new a few years ago. Obviously I trashed the mattress but it was still a good item to give away. Yet the recipient has not even sent a quick 'thankyou'. She has my mobile no. to send a text and also my email address.  Is it just me who things this is bad manners. Rant over, :)

Okay, so that stinks about Zac having the chicken pox or maybe not?! I just found out today that I have shingles, so I'm right there with him. It sucks and we're hoping they are short lived! I'll play your game, not sure when I'll get it posted.

That is so nice of you to give away free things to those who hopefully neeeded it more than you. My thoughts are that even though you didn't get a formal thankyou, you will be blessed, it's just the way it works! When we give, we receive, and the more we give the more we receive.

Yep bad manners - when I got my dresser (still unpainted *shame*!!) off freecycle the poor woman must have got fed up of my gushing lol!! I sent 2 texts saying thank you!! I gave away a huge modern wardrobe the other weekend and I did say they could have the matching drawers in a few weeks when our new ones arrived but....no thank you email so won't bother!!
There is no need for rudeness!!

Don't worry, it's not just you - I've only once received a thank you on freecycle, and that was a lovely lady who bought us a huge bunch of flowers in return for our old gas cooker! I've given up to be honest, I don't like bad manners and would rather take things to the charity shop now!

I am just mooching around blogland whike waiting for freecyclers to come and collect. But the first one of the day sent a lovely thank you :)

I can't bear it when people don't say please when they ask!

Hope the boys are OK soon xx
